Deleted my 5 star rating and changed to a 1 star. Customer service is horrible now. Have been a loyal customer for years,and can't wait to pay off the last two items. I will ever get from Rent a Center.

Mack at the Prattville location was very helpful and instrumental in helping me find the right bedroom set for me. He was professional courteous and helpful. The manager was knowledgeable professional and courteous. I will definitely continue to shop with them in the near future.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! EXTREMELY RUDE! THEY WILL LIE, THREATEN AND HARASS YOU! I HAVE CALLS AND TEXT! THEY HAVE POOR COMMUNICATION AMONGST THEIR TEAM! NEVER AGAIN! BILL DUE TODAY WAS HARASSED AND THREATENED! THE DAY ISNT EVEN DONE YET!!!! JERRY TOLD ME TO PULL UP LIKE HE WANTED TO FIGHT. WE WILL BE DOING THE EARLY BUY OUT OPTION IN FULL TODAY. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! THEY ARE BEGGING FOR TROUBLE!

AVOID!! I PROMISE YOU WILL NEVER PAY ANYTHING OFF HERE. YOU WILL WASTE MONEY AND STILL BE WITHOUT WHAT YOU NEED!! THEY LIE ABOUT PAYMENTS JUST TO COLLECT THEIR STUFF FROM YOU!!!

Stay away most of the people in store are very rude. And when loading my purchase they damage the he’ll out of it and didn’t even say sorry no phone call NOTHING!!!! Worst RAC ever been to
