I am very frustrated I have been dealing with Aarons for a minute but not so long at this location Mr.Robert is very nice talking to on the phone but they get nothing done I have been told multiple times that my daughter bed frame would be delivered for them to reschedule and not even call and let you know this location do not listen to you and could careless will not purchase from this location again and to add to this I was told a child jumped on the bed nope my daughter is 22 when I got the bedroom set I was having issues so yeah do better you response to your customer should be everything

Renting from Aaron’s started as a decent experience, but it quickly changed. They like to jack up what you own them if you’re late with a payment by 2-4x what is actually owed. Be weary of doing business. Nice folks at the front, but the guy in charge of accounts can be a snake.

I had a great experience when I made my purchase. Robert was very friendly. But it wasn't a month and my sectional started splitting at the seams as if fabric was dry rot. It took almost a year to get new cushion covers ( I hope they aren't dry rotted too. Then the TV stop working and I asked them to pick it up but they continued to charge me for months. Robert the manager said he would remove it. It's been months and it's still not resolved and I'm being charged a late fee for each item because I had to stop ez pay so they would stop taking money out of my account. I do not recommend this store to anyone. This is my first time purchasing from a Rent a center and don't think I ever will again. we hadn't had so many problems with the products but the management there ( i. e. Robert).

If I could give them Zero stars I most definitely would, The manager is loud and unprofessional. While I'm having a discussion with him regarding my account, He talking all loud where other customers basically hearing him talking about my personal business.. I have two items from them now but, after it's paid off I'll never deal with Aarons rental again! This store is Inept at best and I wouldn't recommend anyone dealing with them ever

I had a delivery for my toddler son’s bed and they call me 10 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered. The excuse was that it was raining and for anyone who stays in Phenix city you know it rains everyday! The manager is awful and the delivery drivers are lazy and smart mouth! However the manager delivered my stuff personally and for that it’s the only reason they get this rating the manager is a really good guys and I appreciate it!
