Terrible experience overall with the Pell City location. Terrible communication, pretty much nonexistent unless calling about making a payment. Ordered a washer/dryer set and it was delivered damaged, which we didn’t blame the team. However when it was time for redelivery we were told they would contact us when the new appliances were delivered to the store so we could set up a time for it to be delivered to our residence. The time frame they gave us was a week, a week and a half went by and no call what so ever. They did however call about us making a payment which was hilarious considering we did not have the items yet. Once the date came for delivery they gave us a time frame, which they of course did not stick to. Almost an hour went by from the time frame they gave us and nothing, no one showed up, no call, nothing. I contacted the Pell City location and they then told me the drivers had not even left the building yet. Never working with them again. extremely terrible. Zero out of ten.

I was purchasing a Generator from AARON'S in Pell City. I had never used the Generator until my power went out and was told it would be few hours before it came back on. Well I pulled out this Brand New Generator and started it up with no problem. As I was hooking up the power line to the Generator and my Refrigerator and Freezer. I found out that it wasn't generating any power to my Frigidaire and Freezer there period. I checked everything I could to find out why. Well to make a long story short they wouldn't do anything I wanted a refund or another Portable Generator so I'm guessing that I will loose my money and everything. Don't do business here or any of these again .

I signed a lease for a PS5 bundle last year, online. It took over three weeks for me to actually receive what I payed the first month for already. I wasn't credited and my payment was not prorated at all when I finally did receive it. I ended up paying the next payment only a week after it arrived. Now, I have ordered a mattress last week and as of today, still no arrangements for delivery or anything from the store. I even called to make sure my contact info was updated and correct. It might not be my local stores fault, hence the three stars instead of one. If not though, Aaron's needs to seriously consider upgrading to a system where their online purchases and leases are properly communicated to the store responsible for the delivery of said purchases. And don't have the online store tell your customers that an employee will contact you within three days to set up a delivery if there is no intention on doing so. It's unprofessional and just bad business practice. Thank you

Well I had a few issues .. but all around seem like a good place to deal with. I ordered and waited on deliver for days just to find out it was never coming and no one called. Took a couple hours and going down there to get it straightened out .. then the only brought half the items when delivered. Then they didn’t take my first payment .. so I had to call again to put it on file and auto pay again. But I love my washer and dryer they are amazing

They start calling and bothering you days before your payment is due. If you don't answer, they call your references. I think that is so stupid. They call and bother your friends and family. They do this knowing that I work 6 days a week, and I usually call to let them know when I will be in. Once the items I have are paid off, I will NEVER use them again. They did my mother the very same way, and she finally got so mad that she let them come pick the items. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone. They are also RUDE!!!! When you go in the store to pay your payment, they aren't friendly at all. And if there is ever a time you are late on a payment, they get so ugly with you. They treat their customers really bad.
