I was excited about being able to rent to own of an item or two we were desperately needing. How ever I was under the impression no credit check would be ran. So why was a credit check ran on me in order to open an account?
Person I was on the phone with told me I was able to pay after he kept threatening to take it as I was explaining the situation im in because i was late. I had called to tell him i was paying just needed the amount so I told him I'd call back in about 20 min to pay. I call back and I'm told I can't pay it to get my account back to good standings by someone diffrent on the phone. Something about a 18 day rule I've never heard about or can find on the website. Both on the phone were rude about it. Sometimes in this economy people have things come up and I'd gladly pay for my late fees or interest.
