I paid a down payment for a laptop since I start school in 2 weeks. No one would answer me. Call messages nothing. So I sent them some crude texts. And threatened them with this review. And they definitely answered me awful quick. But then continued to lie. Of course this is speculation. All around this is a questionable place of business.

A guy i let stay for a little.while went to this store and rented a laptop and skipped out on paying me and rent a center. I called the store to inform them, they sent a worker over here after I told them he skipped out with their merchandise and asked very nicely to please make a note of this. Today, they sent another person to my house looking for this guy. I asked did you not read the note In the account? He says I'm new, I repeated myself, did you not read that he skipped out? So I called the store and told the manager once again that he skipped out and if they send another person here looking for this guy, that I will call the police for trespassing and have that person locked up. Im tired of playing games with this company.

If I could give a 0 I would . I waited till 6pm on a Saturday to get my bed and washer and dryer. I lost everything I had two weeks ago . Was promised since 3pm today they were on their way. When they showed up they had wrong bedframe plus not right equipment to get my washer running . I had no clean clothes and was waiting on my washer and dryer all day . Very poor service . Use another store if u possibly can . I’m in tears right now !!!!! I trusted this store because they appeared to be so nice on the phone . I will never trust them again .

I highly recommend this RAC location if you are in need of anything. I was immediately greeted and I told them what I needed. In less than 30 minutes I was walking out 100% satisfied. Since it was a slow day I was lucky enough to get my washer and dryer delivered the same day. They went above and beyond!!! I will never go anywhere else especially AARON'S IN RUSSELLVILLE THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!
