browsing the web not a wide section of bedroom sets available near me. I feel this needs to change. Overall the many selections are beautiful just have to wait weeks for them to be delivered.

My wife and I got all of our living room and dinning room furniture from here before Covid and we're very happy. After years of wear and tear we decided it was time to get us a duel recliner so we went in today. As we were looking a lady asked us what we were looking for and we told her. They had what we were looking for but it included a couch that we didn't want. We asked if we could just get the duel recliner and she said not the ones they had in store. She did make one call I'm guessing to another store. During that time my wife was pretty much decided to go ahead and get the set but the lady wasn't engaged with us at all. So we went to Aaron's and found what we were looking for in minutes! Paid 3 months in advance and will be doing our buyout right after that. I don't know what happened in the last 4 years after we completed our business there but we definitely won't be going back.

I have been with Rent-a- Center for many years.. never had a problem. I love them because sometimes I do just need to rent something for a month; or I may like or need something nice; and I don't have allot of money, but I CAN make rac payments. But this experience took me to a whole other level of upsetting 😡. I'm glad the new people working at this particular store, fell like they own it and can pick and choose my shopping experience 🙃. I won't be shopping their again . Shalom

Super smooth! Set up auto pay and haven’t had a single hiccup. Only thing I’d change is how often they send me emails about sales, the weekly ad etc.
