Terrible experience, would not recommend this location. During installation, they damaged my floors and then tried to deny responsibility. I have time-stamped pictures showing my floors were undamaged right before delivery, and pictures of the damage immediately after. When I sent the pictures to management, I received no help. The manager dismissed all concerns, saying my husband had signed a form stating the delivery was satisfactory. However, I am also a co-signer, and I never signed anything. The delivery team left before we even had a chance to inspect their work, they simply handed my husband a paper and said they were finished. When I requested contact information for corporate or someone higher up, I was ignored. We are seeking another company and will never do business with them again. When they return to remove the merchandise, we will be watching and recording the entire process.
Ms. Sonya and Kayla were great. Ms Sonya answered all of my questions, broke ever down for what I needed to know I love them, I encourage everyone I know to come and talk to either one of them they are patient and sweet women,come on down and catch those deals.!!!!
Ms Sonya and Gary were awesome and polite and that’s what I look for with dealing with the public and I appreciate the help and patience they both had two thumbs up and kudos to both
Love Mike He always took care of me He no longer works there though When Tonya came had to curse her out and make an appearance Never had a problem again and I have been with Bestway 15+ years off and on. Staff always changing but my needs have always been met. Again this only my experience!!!
