I have paid off a stove, fridge, tv, bed, 2 phones, switch, gaming laptop and a recliner here. Would not go anywhere else. They know their product and their customers. I have no doubt the bad reviews are from people that tried to not pay or steal from them. Would recommend them to anyone.

If I could give no stars then I would. Wen I signed the papers I asked them to put me on monthly payments ND after I paid a month advance ND the month was up they started calling me ND I was like ok so I paid that week,then the next week roles around ND they call me numerous times along with numerous texts wen the day isn't even over yet nd barely has started with their workday. Then after a few texts messages they gonna say "thanks for the message ND I'm sorry to hear that u want to return" wen I never once sent a message like that to them. They do nothing but harass u until u answer them ND if u don't answer they get in the truck ND come to ur house ND constantly knock on the door ND all u hear is a dog barking ND nobody comes to the door means they aren't home but like I said they r constantly harassing u. This was the first time I have ever done a rent to own something ND I WILL NEVER DO IT EVER AGAIN!!!! ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE ND CONSTANT PHONE CALLS ESPECIALLY WEN U TELL THEM UR FAMILY MEMBER IS IN THE HOSPITAL ND ANOTHER TIME THEY KEPT BLOWING MY PHONE UP WAS WEN MY SON WAS MISSING FOR 2 DAYS ND THEY ASKED IF THEY COULD RUN MY CARD FOR PAYMENT. I don't keep money on my card all the time,just wen I need to pay a bill ND I told them that everytime I talked to them ND I didn't have time at that exact moment to stop looking for my son to go put money on the card to pay them. I would rather send it bakk ND take a loss on the money I paid on it then to have to deal with anything like that again. Plus they don't even take notes wen u call to let them kno wen ur gonna pay it nd then they call nd text again ND wen I talk to them about wen imma pay they wanna tell someone I kno wen they go up there to tell me they need me to call them which was the manager whom I had spoken to an hour prior to that so I see that as harassment! NEVER AGAIN WILL I MAKE THAT MISTAKE ESPECIALLY WITH THIS STORE!!!!!

Delivered washer and dryer and dryer did not work when my husband hooked it up. The account is in jeremy trotters name through the jasper store. When i called them they were rude and told me it was new out of the box and suggested it was are fault. They picked it up and never contacted me about it but still charge my card. I want a refund since i never even got to use the dryer
