The worst ever place to get anything. Had to wait a damn month to get my bed and now they say owe for two month worth customer service and on top of that scammers. I will never do business with Aaron's in eufaula Alabama again 👎👎👎👎👎👎

That lady name Krystal got the worse attitude she don’t need to be in customer service

Very dissatisfied ,, was promised a mower but after a month of calling , the manager went on vacation left me hanging and then the guy went to try the battery and said oh therse no neg cable sorry ,, felt let down cause my yard was growing tall

very unprofessional. Krystal is very rude. called for a pick up and schedule a time & she just says “ok” and hangs up in my face. there is so much more. i wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star.

Im on my husbands account. A guy from Aarons came to my parents house today. I was alone by myself.im 21. I told the man my parents werent there they went to town that theyd be back soon. He said he needed the fridge and demanded i let him in the house. I told him that its not my house to let him into that my parents will be back soon. He said he used to work in law enforcement and if i didnt let him in hed call the police. He was acting aggressively mad. I was home alone and this man acted like he wanted to come at me. At this point im scared. I tell him that im going inside to. Call my parents. He insists to talk to them on the phone. Which i did not let him do. He was making me very uncomfortable. I come back outside and tell him that they're on their way to pay the bill. He drives really fast out of my yard almost hitting my mail box. Never in my life have i seen or experience anything like this.

Perry good for couches, and tv's. Not much inventory for anything else. A few bedroom sets, a decent computer section. I myself was looking for an entertainment center, so this review may be a little biased. Due to the small monthly payments this may be a good fit for some.

Four months ago after a fiasco with our washer and dryer breaking down we decided to go to Aaron's and see what kind of deal they could offer. We chose a washer and dryer set that was returned back to the store. Aaron's gave us a good price and we would own the set within twelve months. The second month we had the set our washer broke down and I called the manager of the store and she promptly made arrangements for a loaner washer. As it turned out we liked the model and color of the loaner washer so I inquired about getting a dryer to match and we have been so happy with the service and price.
