Attitude is NOT customer friendly!! I’m really pissed off with Aaron’s as a whole because this now the second year I’ve had issues with them when it comes to getting something!! Not reliable, they try to charge for items you don’t have and communication is not clear at all!! Customer service is definitely not what it used to be

Cassandra was so amazing dealing with, I was in the process of finding somewhere else to get my sectional from, but after talking with Cassandra she had me sold and wanting to do business with Aaron's she was very polite and answered all my questions. And the process wasn't long, thank you Cassandra for your excellent customer service ❤️

Please do not use this company they are very unprofessional especially the lady Kassandra. They play nice to get your payment and once payment has been made it's like dealing with a whole different company I needed a generator SPENT MY LAST DOLLAR MY HOME HAS NO AIR NO HEAT NO NOTHING WITHOUT A GENERATOR TOLD ME FRIDAY NO DELIVERY FRIDAY MONDAY COMES NO DELIVERY MONDAY PROCEEDS TO PUT ME ON HOLD LIKE IM INCONVENIENCING THEM SO I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT AND WAITING ON MY REFUND FROM THE BANK I LIVE EXACTLY 10 MINS FROM THIS PLACE THEY REFUSED TO LET ME PICK UP THE ITEM PLEASE AVOID DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Cassandra was very helpful, great spirit, lovely to talk. She was a very understanding person of my situation even though she ad to follow protocol I had the best experience with her. She took really good care of me. Jhonny was also very helpful and pleasant to talk to. At this store they have good spirits and everyone was good at their jobs. From the managers to the moving guys. I have been a customer for over 2-3 years and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

Cassandra is the go to person of this store!!! She took her time to find me a match for a washer and dryer. She is very polite and very friendly. She took the time to break everything down to me as well as asked me if i had any questions. I definitely recommend this store!!!!!!
