This is the worst place to do business!!!! Just save and buy what you can. The prices are already ridiculous and then you have to deal with them on top of that. I’ve dealt with them for years and it has always been something. From tearing up my floors, item in bad condition, takes their time getting it fixed or replaced and playing with your money. The negative reviews you see believe them!
Cassandra was so amazing dealing with, I was in the process of finding somewhere else to get my sectional from, but after talking with Cassandra she had me sold and wanting to do business with Aaron's she was very polite and answered all my questions. They play nice to get your payment and once payment has been made it's like dealing with a whole different company I needed a generator SPENT MY LAST DOLLAR MY HOME HAS NO AIR NO HEAT NO NOTHING WITHOUT A GENERATOR TOLD ME FRIDAY NO DELIVERY FRIDAY MONDAY COMES NO DELIVERY MONDAY PROCEEDS TO PUT ME ON HOLD LIKE IM INCONVENIENCING THEM SO I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT AND WAITING ON MY REFUND FROM THE BANK I LIVE EXACTLY 10 MINS FROM THIS PLACE THEY REFUSED TO LET ME PICK UP THE ITEM

Cassandra was very helpful, great spirit, lovely to talk. She was a very understanding person of my situation even though she ad to follow protocol I had the best experience with her. She took really good care of me. Jhonny was also very helpful and pleasant to talk to. At this store they have good spirits and everyone was good at their jobs. From the managers to the moving guys. I have been a customer for over 2-3 years and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.
