I was looking to purchase a few items (sectional, kitchen table , recliner) & had went to two other stores in Athens and couldn't really get anyone at the stores to assist me. As soon as I walked in the door, Pam was beyond helpful and helped me pick out what I was looking for. She was so so very nice & patient with me even with two sleepy, fussy toddlers. We were so happy with the experience that we came back the next day to make another purchase.

We ordered from Decatur but your guys from Athens brought the furniture last Thursday. They were all polite, helpful, courteous, and did such a good job. The main guy whatever you do please keep him good help is hard to find and that man is top notch!!!! Take these men out to lunch because they are representing your company in the best way possible!

We first used Badcock to buy our complete bed in Florida but when we moved here we went and bought the rest of the bedroom set with Pam. Great customer service! We went back today and bought new LR furniture and a lingerie dresser. Made sure we went when Pam was working. She is awesome!!

Great customer service! Most of the time when I shop, I get poor customer service (presumably because I look very young) and I don’t get taken seriously. Pam helped me primarily and she was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I left with a brand new couch being delivered to me and I couldn’t be happier! I didn’t even intend to make a purchase today originally but this sectional was exactly what I wanted and was on sale. I will definitely be back for more. The entire staff was friendly which is such a rarity these days. Very refreshing experience!

Went in for the first time ever today and was immediately approached by a friendly associate named Caliyah Scott she went above and beyond with helping us. Her and her Store manager Jessica Watkins we patient with all of our questions and explained in great detail everything that concerned us. They were a great team and I couldn’t leave without giving them a personal review. Thanks you too
