Came into the store just browsing and the customer service was . Ms. Pam assured me with a new living room and fireplace stand and she was sweet and charming and educational on the furniture set! Jacob helped my daughter look for her home! Lastly the manager Justin assured that we were both finding everything ok and following up throughout our duration of our browsing. I visited royal furniture the other day just to look for some ideas. Jacob grisham was very helpful and kind. He gave me several ideas and great prices. I will be back to see him soon.

I bought funture from yall and I was happy but when my delivery was brought to me and I was very impressed the delivery guy Palmer was very respectful and well manner and the cough I bought was very heavy and he made sure it was set up and worked well and very polite I was very satisfied with my delivery and I would like to recommend yall to go check them out and for delivery kindly ask for Palmer for your delivery and you will be pleased with your service

I was looking to purchase a few items (sectional, kitchen table , recliner) & had went to two other stores in Athens and couldn't really get anyone at the stores to assist me. As soon as I walked in the door, Pam was beyond helpful and helped me pick out what I was looking for. She was so so very nice & patient with me even with two sleepy, fussy toddlers. We were so happy with the experience that we came back the next day to make another purchase.

We ordered from Decatur but your guys from Athens brought the furniture last Thursday. They were all polite, helpful, courteous, and did such a good job. The main guy whatever you do please keep him good help is hard to find and that man is top notch!!!! Take these men out to lunch because they are representing your company in the best way possible!

We first used Badcock to buy our complete bed in Florida but when we moved here we went and bought the rest of the bedroom set with Pam. Great customer service! We went back today and bought new LR furniture and a lingerie dresser. Made sure we went when Pam was working. She is awesome!!

Great customer service! Most of the time when I shop, I get poor customer service (presumably because I look very young) and I don’t get taken seriously. Pam helped me primarily and she was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I left with a brand new couch being delivered to me and I couldn’t be happier! I didn’t even intend to make a purchase today originally but this sectional was exactly what I wanted and was on sale. I will definitely be back for more. The entire staff was friendly which is such a rarity these days. Very refreshing experience!

Went in for the first time ever today and was immediately approached by a friendly associate named Caliyah Scott she went above and beyond with helping us. Her and her Store manager Jessica Watkins we patient with all of our questions and explained in great detail everything that concerned us.
