Beware of this store!! I was going to rent the portable a/c and they was supposed to call me when they got their computer up and running.. they never called me and I came in next day to rent it. They rented it to someone else!! I have 2 child that stays with me and my a/c quit on me and needed the a/c.. they will not earn my words of mouth!! Stupid people at the store!! Stay away!!

Horrible customer service...threatening manager by the name of Malorie, who hangs up the phone and won't answer questions. Payments timeliness are wrong. Ultimate challenge was to get in touch with Malorie's boss as she told me she didn't have one, because she is the "Supreme ruler of the place" very sad. Hoping to hear from corporate for a resolution.

Bought a chair staff was cool and savy. Onky thing was I requested a receipt for chair in full. They could only print off my final payment. I wanted a one for full amount paid.

I love Aaron's. They are friendly and smiles and always glad to see you. I have bought eager, dryers, and stove and a refrigerator and have had no problems what so ever. Great place to rent to own if you want to own your things.
