If I could give zero stars I would. Asked to be removed from a call list for a reference and was treated extremely rude .. Let them know they called 6 times in a row and had proof and was told no they didn’t. Lol Verizon just magically puts your number on my phone bill ?? lol.
This is the best furniture store in town. Everything is always so clean and well set up. Each living room set has matching tables and rugs making it easy to see a scene in my home. Antonia and Kristin are such great people to be around and interact with. Always happy. Best customer service. Cleanest furniture store I’ve ever been in. Will keep coming back.
Will never rent from this location again. One of the most unprofessional unorganized Aaron’s I’ve ever rented from! I paid for a washer for 2 years and had one payment of $32 dollars left. I was in the middle of moving so I called the store and spoke with one of the workers to inform them my last payment would be made on a certain day. They said absolutely congratulations on paying it off and they will put it on my account the pay date I made. I had the woman who’d I assume is the manger or owner show up beating on my door telling me I was 30 days behind and needed to pay or she was removing my washer. I showed her my account proving I was not behind nor was my payment even due yet. That it was changed and She screamed and threatening me and said that doesn’t matter that’s my store it has to go through me! After a screaming match I slammed the door and called the main Arron’s corporate number come to find out I wasn’t behind at all and my washer had been paid off this whole time so her little pathetic stunt was just a scam. and they are looking into it. So needless to say she’s scamming people and coming after you once you are paid off or almost paid off.
Aaron’s of Riverton wy there delivery men were excellent and really good job handling my furniture putting in a house. They had a tough house to get into. They did excellent job..
If there was an option to leave 0 star I would. I will never do business with Aarons again due to the service received at the Riverton location. We leased a couch in May it broke in June the back wood piece snapped I called and asked if there was any sort of a warranty on it and they said that since we were leasing they would fix it so they came and picked it up. The guys that picked it up said it looked like the staples had cracked the wood. Well fast forward almost 2 months later I have called a few times to get an update and the manager Antonia kept telling me how bad of a break it was and how something had to happen to of happened to it which is not the case at all and I don't appreciate being accused of breaking my couch and trying to get it fixed for free not only did she say this once but multiple times every time we talked. I could feel the couch starting to give until it completely broke. It finally is fixed I was told that they could not have it delivered until Tuesday because they were short handed which is totally understandable. We got to thinking a bout it and we called to see if we could just come pick it up after being without our couch for so long the guy on the phone said that should be fine and if there was a problem he would call us and let us know. We go into today to pick it up and he tells us that it is actually not at the store it is at the place being fixed and they had not gone to pick it up yet. We were clearly frustrated and left the store. On the way home I get a call from Antonia saying that she had just missed us and she managed to once again accuse me of breaking the couch saying that the place that is fixing it even said that something had to of happened to It, she also kept interrupting me while I was trying to talk and tell her what had happened that we were told we could come get our couch, she said that she had told this other employee that we could not come get the couch because it was not at the store yet but he did not call us to relay that message. I understand that it takes time for these things but I also had to call for any update I had received and 2 weeks after they came and got it I called and Antonia had not even looked at it yet. I am extremely frustrated with the outcome and the lack of communication on Aarons part along with the multiple accusations about us breaking our couch.
