These guys are awesome!! If something breaks they will make sure it gets taken care of. We have been with them for over a year now and have had an amazing experience!! Highly recommend for your furniture needs!!

So I got an 86 inch TV from them on a rent to own agreement started this agreement black Friday of 2022 up until the end of March 2024 I had to move out of state and the told me I could not take the tv with me and that I would have to return it and resume my contract in arizona where I was moving so I followed their directions moved to Arizona went to a rent a center near me and found out that I infact could not transfer my contract to my new location and that the previous location had closed out my contract instead of leaving it open so the new store could request it I was told by the manager that the store where I was moving should be able to find a similar item and resume my contract on what was originally left owed in the tv come to find out I wasn't able to do any of that because the gillette location closed out my contract so the only thing I could do is start completely over at the new location needless to say the gillette location basically swindled me out of 2700 dollars that was paid in on the merchandise I was buying from them and the refused to come up with a solution to rectify the issue all I wanted was to get another tv and pick up where I left off like I was assured I would be able to do

Everyone at the Rent A Center in Gillette is friendly courteous, and a thing that I am looking for they will happy fine. I love this one they are the best.
