My experience was fine, but please stop mailing me crap after I unsubcribed to the emails. If I want anything, I know where to find you. All the completely unnecessary mail is starting to tick me off.
Ricky is the best one there, no one else in my 6 years using the Evanston location has had the connection with the customer like he does. I cant say the same for the rest of the staff. However if they continue to help me ill continue my business an overpay for items I cant afford out right.
I’m glad they have Ricky as manger he’s so good and helps to explain he’s the best so is the other manger

I am over Aaron's financial team. My payment was due yesterday, and I am planning on paying it Friday after I get paid. However, I have received a text message and email on Monday reminding me of my payment due. Yesterday, (the 15th) I received another text message and email regarding my payment. And today (the 16th) I have received a text message, email and a phone call telling me that I am late. This is not the first time this has happened. They called my work and I told them not too be calling my work, and I was told that they will call it regardless of what I say. I told them that they should review the current laws on collections because they do not follow them, and they are leaning towards harassment. I was thinking of getting a other home furniture from them, but no more. I would return my washer and dryer, but I need them at this time. Then again, I may rethink that. Until then I do not recommend Aaron's for business.
