⭐ 1 star (would give 0 if possible) We were seriously considering doing business here, but it quickly became clear they were more interested in a quick buck than transparency or customer service. My husband and I went in to discuss purchasing a washer/dryer combo through Get It Now. From the start, they were very sketchy about providing basic information. No one would actually sit down with us to go over paperwork, a contract, or any real details. Instead, they immediately wanted a $300 deposit to order a machine they don’t even normally keep in stock. When we asked normal, reasonable questions—total purchase price, interest rate, monthly payment amounts, early payoff options—the employee brought out one single paper to sign and once again mentioned the $300 deposit. When I pushed back and said I wanted all the information before signing anything, she vaguely said payments would be “no more than $160 a month.” That’s not an answer. After asking again for specifics, she came back with a sticky note stating the washer would be almost $3,000 before delivery and additional fees. No breakdown. No contract. No explanation. At that point, we said no thanks and left. There is absolutely no reason customers shouldn’t be given clear, upfront information before being asked to commit to a long-term financial obligation. The entire experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and honestly sketchy. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
They are very kind and everything, but if you miss a single payment they send you like 5 letters in a week and they arrive at your house like twice. I know it is compliance to pay on time but I find this somewhat exaggerated.
I paided off my washer and dryer earlier Than was charged $9.99 I've called the Wausau store 5 times no return phone from management. I called today Beth answered Assistant Manager her remark to me it's just ten dollars well my respond back I'm on SSDI ten dollars would buy food for me. I also remark that if I owed you $1000.00 the manager would call me right away. Beth hung up on me,Rude Management. I never missed a payment and paid off earlier, not a thanks for your business at all. Never will buy again from this business.
I used to LOVE this place. They actually are the reason my credit was able to stabilize! But then recently.. my boyfriend used my card to pay his account, it declined twice. Then used a different card and it went through and that transaction closed the account completely. It was paid off. TWO DAYS LATER, I receive notification that two transactions were approved that went to get it now. I'm like ummm.. no. 261$ they have in their possession of mine and no one is returning calls, corporate isn't returning calls either. My card company said THEY have to issue the refund for the money, otherwise we are just going to have to file a claim against them. Which I don't want to do. I like these guys and I like getting stuff through them. But I would love to not just GIVE AWAY 261$ to whoevers pocket it went into. I would like to see SOMEONE take accountability for the situation that is happening with one of their loyal customers. Correction, TWO loyal customers.. this is really saddening.
