We bought a sectional couch not even a year ago and it is literally falling apart. The recliners are broken, the one won’t even go back in now. The seats seemed to have sunk down quite a bit too and are very uncomfortable. When we went to the store to complain they say they cannot do anything for us. We have never had issues with sofas or sectionals in the past like this. Pretty disappointed in their product and their lack to stand behind it.
