Always calls about promotions and deals, but never wants to call back regarding an issue with missing pieces from a recent past order and refuses to help even tho I’m still under warranty. They will hound you down if you owe so much as $2! But once you finish paying in full, they no longer care about assisting you whether you’re under warranty or not. I’ll never use this place again!!
They will blow your phone up. They are rude and judgmental towards there customers and the voicemail I would receive was just like Why would you say that to your customers. And made it seem like it’s only $20. You gotta be more respectful because you don’t know what someone is going through.
When I went and got my furniture customer service was amazing but now it turns into non stop calls. The day my BILL IS DUE they will text and call multiple times. They show up a day or 2 later and still call non stop. One guy called and was extremely rude after being a day late. Im never been more than a week late and yet im still waiting for a statement online it continues to be blank of all my payments since September. 2 days late they start calling everyone on list. Ive never had a problem with them this bad in the past after my furniture is EVENTUALLY paid off I will not consider going back sadly.
This place is terrible. I would never get anything from them again. Besides already paying a high markup plus the extras they put on top of that, their customer service is terrible. I've been paying on time for 2 years straight and go one day late they calling and showing up to my house leaving notes on the door, then have the nerves to call my people and tell them how much I owe! Wow!! And for a bill 99% payed off that's not even 30 days overdue?? You people need a lesson in appreciating customers who have excellent history with you and learn no one likes to be harrased especially someone who pays their bills! Definitely my last time buying from them and I would not recommend anyone else to buy from them either. It's the equivalent of a furniture payday loan!
Went in to buy a TV and sound bar a year ago. Needed them and to help build my credit up. Randy, Scott and tanya's help was amazing. They were knowledgeable about their product and worked with with me to keep it in my price range. They never pushed and made things easy for me. After I paid off the TV I ended up buying a great kitchen table set. Thanks you guys!
