Gotta work on customer service. Some of these guys like Harrison think they can speak to ppl with attitude then don’t like when attitude is given back! Take notes from your coworker Jeremy!! I rescheduled TWO times and Scott has yet to call me back! Been waiting for them to come fix my couch! Or bring a cord that is missing! They’re quick to call you for payments and to sell you more stuff though! Just Not to fix anything! This is the last time I will ever get anything from them! Jeremy.. SHOW THEM YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE MAN!! 😅
Wanted a certain set of couches, they got me dark brown like I wanted which was awesome, but the couches they brought after I already took out my old ones were different than the ones I wanted, they were 3x as expensive as the style I wanted and was told I was getting. They are comfortable but not what I wanted but I was stuck with them. The guys who delivered them were amazing, but the guy who sold them to me should have told me the price difference and they style of furniture they were my 22yr old cat cant even get onto them. Again, want to say the delivery team was amazing g the guys who brought the furniture were amazing two of the best guys I met.
Poor customer service by Harris. Over the years I've been a good customer. I've bought a bedroom set, living room sets, washer & dryer, and a couch. Less than $80.00 dollars pass due not even a week they show up at my door step when I'm not home. Get real! Get It Now sent flyer in the mail, text messages, and called me multiple times trying to get me to make another perchance. Because of the work I do and how I get paid my history shows payments are sometimes late. I always paid everything off. This means nothing to Harris, who does not take into account the customer has the money and they want to sell something and that is how employees get paid. Harris called me condescending and accusing me of wanting special treatment. Well, 👍🏻 👌! You lost a customer. I came in for something not critical and I was talked into a laptop that wasn't really the one I wanted. I called around 2 o'clock today. Harris agreed he would make a note in my account and text Scott to contact me. I called back around 3:45 and another employee said Scott was up in Green Bay. Okay, called upto Green Bay because Harris is a loss cannon and not sure he did contact Scott. Scott was unavailable, understandable. It's 6:13 and no contact from Get it Now. I looked at the reviews and the customer service contact number is for Rent a Center and they told me they can only transfer me back to the store. No thanks, already waiting for Scott thank you anyways. I called the Appleton store about changing my contract over to their store. Apparently there is a new process. If I we can't come to an arrangement on transferring the contract, I will be taking things back. I just started making payments, I don't use them very much. I do recommend Get it Now, I cannot recommend going into the Neenah store and possibly being subject to Harris bully tactics, foolish!
Very friendly staff.helpful and listen to what you actually want. Delivery was fast and they were friendly and did a great job .
I purchased a reclining living room set and they brought it to my house set it up and then left and then I go to sit in it and recline back n it’s broken and I called the store and they sent someone to try n fix it and they couldn’t. I shouldn’t have to pay the amount of money that they charge for something that was broke already. I went to the store to get a different set to begin with and it wouldn’t fit in my house so I had to go back to the store and pick out another Furniture set and this is what And the Guy named Jeremy told me that the only said that I could get was this one but at first I was able to get a nice living room set with a couch loveseat a coffee table 2 end tables and two lamps that wouldn’t fit in my house and then now I got this reclining set with nothing else to go with it. I am very highly disappointed in the service that I’m getting so I would like it either a nicer, newer living room set or they can come and get it because I’m not dealing with it.
I got my first living room and dining room set here when I moved into my apartment a couple years ago. I did it to help build my credit. But I keep going back for different things I end up needing because of the people, the service, and they always have what I need at a decent price with good warranties.
