In the initial stages needing furniture right away with poor credit. They were nice helpful welcoming and I did get furniture. Now for paynents the harassment is not needed when im just a phone call away. I went on a family trip forgot to make the payment on the due date. So i called while on vacation to make it. I was repeatedly interrupted and not listened to then this us very rude i felt very disrespected. This lady named Beverly then had the audacity to ask for MY hard earned money which i called to do in the first place. I further more will and can go around her as she does not own this company so would have to do your job is simple and put customers first building a relationship and reputation goes along way. Hope you learn this important customer service skills and satisfaction. I qill be working with someone else from now on. No thanks.....also make sure not to miss a payment they send people to your apartment to look for you then call you and lie to tell you you dont live there. This is against the law as this information can not be given out from your landlord without the courts. I walked in the other the day some new guy asked was i making a payment? Is this all you care about? What if i was buying more furniture? Greeting is how may i help you today? Its simple i think his name was Carlos. Obviously I am very disgusted. ...
