I have been a customer for 2-3 months. I love that they have a variety of payment options and that I can change it as needed. The Fairmont team is responsive anytime I need help or have questions. So far I am happy with my choice to go with Aarons.
Nice people very helpful and they don't stock you like some places .... Haha. Communication is key with them
I would have left zero of it could the first time I ordered a TV thet refuse and I mean REFUSE to let u pick it up so I told them please call me and set up a delivery date so I'm home 4 days later they show up and I'm not home so that went to crap months later i figure simple mishap I'll buy living room set and make sure we work out all info before hand I got told from DAVE the GM they would call me when my items got there and we would set up a day to deliver wensday comes they call telling me to make a payment before ive gotten anything then ended with well call u when it gets here Friday with no notice there at my house again old stuff isn't out yet nothing them when I call tough guy Matt making 13 a hr as a Aaron boy litterly acts tough over the phone and basically told me to kick rocks DO NOT BUY FROM ARRONS....
I love Aaron’s! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating especially Erica! She always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond anytime I need anything! Products and Prices are great!
