In their policy it states they cant talk to children. Yet when they showed up they told the kids they won't leave until someone gets ahold of them. Then proceeded to tell the kids that they will garnish their mothers wages. We have it all on camera and we reached out to corporate to file a formal complaint. The woman even stated it's against their policy and against the law for them to discuss any contract related things with minors. Then the manager from the ripley store calls and makes a big deal about filing a complaint. So now we are returning the stuff and continuing on with the lawsuit. JD or whatever your name was, we will see you in court soon.

They have always been very courteous, I have two leases and it’s always been smooth sailing for me and the employees here are always very kind and understanding. They work with me well when it comes to my leases.
