Very rude staff. I walked out immediately, and will not be back. I don't spend money at an establishment that has obnoxious staff

Dan was so incredibly helpful with assisting me on an issue that wasn’t even this stores issue anymore because I’d transferred locations. As a customer service manager myself I couldn’t be more grateful. The world needs more Dans!

They literally harass us by leaving door hangers all over my front door and my front porch light and back door. They will literally pound on my front door and back door to get a response. I’m sorry I don’t have to let you in my house if you’re going to harass us. This is getting out of hand about being harassed and it needs to stop.

The Princeton Rent a Center is nothing but a joke! Ordered a washer and dryer set. The “new girl” “ordered it”. Called them because we haven’t heard from them and she never ordered it and then was told we were suspicious because of a temporary phone number we have. Went in and spoke to the manager and he denied the order. A formal complaint was made with corporate offices and one will be sent to the better business bureau and the attorney generals office in Charleston. They can’t just make up their rules as they go along that’s what policy’s and procedures are out in place for. I WOULD NOT ADVISE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Spoke with John. John refused to give me a straight price. He claimed he was not a mathematician. When I asked if he had a calculator or the price without additional fees he hung up on me. I had to call back multiple times for him to answer again. Would have gladly done business with him had he not been so rude. Wouldn’t suggest bad business like this to anyone. Awful customer service.
