Waiting on a Delivery. Called the store they said they would check. Line got disconnected. I call back and they said oh yea the line got disconnected. My delivery was scheduled 10a-12p i called at 1130a to make sure it was still coming. They said yes but later on in the day. Im in the middle of moving and change my sleeping schedule most of the time im asleep in the day time and up evens cause i work over nights. So I ask for a time they said they didnt have one that they was really behind. Why did i even change my schedule now it looks like ill be up all day and night. It now Dec15 my bed Broke on Nov 26 called they said they need pictures so I sent them they said we need to talk to the store manager I am still waiting to get the call from them even tho I try to call multiple times and it just rings. Not happy

Aaron's in Charleston WV is amazing. Jay and John are amazing delivery guys. They took time to give my dog a treat and set everything up for me and my fiance and all I can say is there were amazing. Thank you Aaron's and Thank you Jay and John if I could give you all a 10 star rating I would

Had a tv stand that was falling apart. I also had a lighted headboard that the wires caught on fire. They replaced the wiring but also picked up the tv stand for repair, over a week later, I got a call saying the stand was not able to be repaired and even though it was paid off (over $400 later) they would allow me to “lease another one”. Very upsetting as I have been a long standing customer and my monthly payments are more than my car payments. The manager Timothy Means won’t even talk to me or respond to the emails I sent prior to payoff. Very bad customer service. Very cheaply made products.
