Rent-A-Center sucks. First off they charge you 3-4 times the amount that you can buy the item at Walmart or Amazon. I paid 200 bucks to rent a t.v. to watch the Superbowl. They show up to deliver it and than say " that they can't deliver it because I'm clean and sober" I live in a normal apartment with normal people. What does it matter if I am in recovery and my roommates are in recovery as well. They didn't care about that when they charged my card and now I'm having trouble getting the money refunded. When I called and talked to them about it, the guy named Jorge just hung up the phone and I was super polite to him. I wouldn't recommend Rent A Center to any body. If you're looking for some type of payment plan go to Aaron's or Best Buy. I wouldn't mess with this Rent A Center company.

The team and manager that work at this location are top notch! Over the years it has been the same friendly faces to serve me. Their customer service is excellent. It's also nice to be remembered as a returning customer.

I have never been more impressed with a company. Very professional and efficient. Delivery was fast and the guys that brought my washer and dryer were beyond helpful and polite.

Talk about being pleasantly surprised! After a surprise stay in the hospital our father needed a recliner that would fit his needs for a few weeks as he recovered. From the moment we walked into this store we were taken care of. We got one chair and when it was delivered they were the nicest guys and took great caution and care in placing it in the living room. When we discovered it wasn’t the right chair they found us one in the tri-cities and went the very next morning to get it for us. They were so efficient and completely focused on our satisfaction. They got it to us urgently in preparation for my dads return home. The manager, along with his amazing team, made our otherwise difficult and emotional week much better. Thank you guys for your hard work and amazing customer service!
