Amazing staff and delivery crew! Shout out to Patricia, Nathan, Randall and the super dooper deli ery team of Luis and Shawn! (Sp)They treat you like family! They are Fast at getting you answers and really go the extra mile! Highly recommend these folks! Happy New Year!

Their website says 2 to 3 days to deliver don’t believe anything on their website. It’s different from the actual stores. You’re looking at two weeks to have something delivered from this store.

I am completely grateful for this locations manger Randell! Just moving to the city and having to restart on life and make sure my family has everything we needed. The manger at this location was completely wonderful when it came to communication and customer service as well as working with our budget. He got us with everything we needed and wanted with affordable prices and in a magnificent time frame due to special ordering exactly what I wanted I am truly thankful and love the look of my home due to his help and guidance. ☺️

The manager lied to me !! He told me I could have the table for 550 when I called two month later after paying on it he said I wanted a new table I said no . I would be happy with the used one . He also said he would start a new contract for my bed mattress he did not . I am now calling the cooperate office and writing a complaint against the store . I’m keeping my bed and paying it off as possible. I gave away my old table now I won’t have a table

Very upset because I was told that my washer and dryer would be delivered between 3pm and 8pm on the delivery date, waited patiently and no one called or showed up in the time frame. I called at 10am, at 8pm, I still hadn’t heard a thing, they were also closed. This is very unprofessional and inconsiderate because I had plans that I moved to accommodate the drivers and delivery.. I wasted time. Still waiting on my things to be delivered, but have to wait now til the next business day to reach customer service. Smh.
