Nothing but a great experience and the customer service is always been top tier. We have nothing but great things to say about the staff that has helped us build our home. We will be back and recommend the Sunnyside office to anyone we know.
Sketchy business they make you do automatic withdrawal now it’s required?(new policy is what I was told) I asked for a copy of my receipt on a refund for a deposit I put because I closed my account. & all they said was it would be refunded directly back to my bank with the card I used and the manager hung up on me lol. They also mentioned they couldn’t get ahold of my references & that’s why they couldn’t deliver but after I told them I spoke with the references and they received no calls they asked me to call back the references for them and have them call the store so they could speak to them. Made no sense if that was the issues they should just have people call references at the store in front of them after the application process.
