Honestly, this has been an extremely difficult process. I have to keep talking to someone different everyday because nobody is just available to help me. I have gotten near completing my order several times but every time I’m given a different order total or different delivery date so I have to hold off to discuss with my husband and then when I go to proceed I get a different person AGAIN.

They are awesome as always great friendly staff. Great selection of home supplies. I can save money to buy out right, and they are great for that. Little spendy but that's to be expected. If you can't afford it anymore just return it simple as that. I'm a Repeat customer ❣️❣️❣️❣️i recomend 100%👍👍👍👍 Tim is an awesome, knowable, & helpful staff member. So Thank you Tim

Bree took really good care of me she got me a really good deal on the bed that I wanted used my voucher and then pulled some other strings to make my payment as cheap as possible that's why I came back to Rent-A-Center because they took good care of me the last time I had a deep freezer from them keep up the good work Bree you rock!!!

Jason is the most unprofessional, rude store manager I’ve ever had to deal with. Was going to rent a washer and dryer and I even had to pay an extra fee for an account that wasn’t even mine because I was willing to work with them. He then started BRAGGING to me about how he “has the best credit in the entire company” and started talking to me about his personal payment history when not sure what that had to do with me and then started BELITTLING me and I had a witness to everything that was said. Then my boyfriend heard what he said to me and how he was talking to me and left an HONEST REVIEW and Jason then went and cancelled my entire account with them before even giving me any notice. IF YOU DONT WANT ANY BAD REVIEWS JASON, MAYBE AS A STORE MANAGER YOU SHOULD LEARN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE and more importantly, HOW TO SPEAK TO WOMEN. Take your business to a different store if you can and avoid Jason at all costs. -10000000/10 recommend going to this store.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT EVER RENT FROM “ RENT -OF -CENTER “ I never in my life have been screamed at by a GROWN “ MAN “ from a company nor harassed and threatened I didn’t know that’s how they treat customers with such disrespectful especially for a “MAN” he ain’t no man he’s a little boy at this point cause ain’t NO GROWN person who does customer service / a manager at a store would ever SPEAK TO his customers like this. So yeah , HI JASON THIS ONES FOR YOU , I hope you get fired One day because the way you just screamed at me was highly UNPROFESSIONAL. you aren’t going to speak to me in that tune of voice and NOT expect the same. I will not be returning for anymore business and will tell my friends & family to never rent for his awful unprofessional place . I FO HAVE THE WHOLE CONVERSATION recorded !! So I will be calling higher up and filing a complaint.
