December on 12/8 I called in to make a payment and at that time requested the items be picked up as I was moving out. They were being returned to the store and therefore only a partial payment was authorized and acceptable. Your store employees scheduled pick up for 12/16 as that was the soonest available and prior to the 12/20 move out date. Upon arrival I questioned why a full payment was taken and he said he wasn’t sure and would address it when he returned to the store. I called in and spoke to him again this month and he now says “ well it’s been over a month I can’t do anything about it now”. Absolutely NOT. I asked for the corporate contact information he says well let me see what I can do and I’ll get back to you. It has now been over two weeks with no communication and no return of the 2 week over charge. Kristen never could get the billing corrected initially as I had my set changed out but somehow the monthly payment didn’t change and the in store credits never were applied. I’m glad to have switched stores now and have had no issues since.
Hands down the best service one could ask for! James and the other guy where awesome.
Great fast easy credit application with in minutes decision also if approved or not. Web site simple to navigate your way from the beginning to the end of your order. No headaches when done and wishing you hadn't even pressed begin.

My main career in life was plumbing but when it got slow as it often did sales was my fall back career. I took marketing and management in college and have sold many times. Cars, Storm windows, Food plans, even Tupperware. I always strove to be top in sales at whatever I was selling. Your professionalism is some of the best I've seen.
