Nice clean and friendly employees I like rent a center been a customer for a while now gonna pick up my camera on Thursday they offer low down payment and low monthly payments also they have so many products to choose from the only downside is you'll be paying more than the product cost than paying cash at Walmart or target or any other stores

The manager their is amazing and always willing to work with me. I was able to get a mattress that has made my life easier. My granddaughter works there and she hasn't been this happy in awhile. I highly recommend. Their delivery drivers even helped me in store with putting my mattress in the back of my car, very polite and happy. I didn't feel rushed and I'll definitely be coming back.

I have purchased from rent a center before and went to this location to get a new laptop, I made the first payment in store and was asked if I wanted them to add the same card I used for the first payment to my account for auto pay so I don’t have to worry about payments, I said yes and was on my way. The day of the second payment came and I didn’t think anything of it because I was expecting it to come out of the account I had set up in stores as I was told, the next day I get a call from rent a center so I called back after work and was told there was a late charge on my account, I was confused since I had thought it was on auto pay so I asked if they could remove that late fee for the miscommunication, she didn’t want to work with me at all and seemed to just want to sit and argue with me about it, overall I don’t believe I should’ve been treated like this it was a simple mix up and could’ve been made right easily. This experience broke my trust with this location and it’s amazing to me that the company would choose to lose a customer and a $1,000 purchase over a simple late fee, poor customer service.

They are nice people and easy to work with. I bought a 2k couch and paid it off a few months later. If I ever had to make a later than scheduled payment they worked with me, and I appreciate that. My only issue is the calls/texts. I get called or texted sooo often about when they’re having a sale and just in general ‘so have you thought yet about adding anymore furniture to your house’. At one point the call interrupted my husband and I finding out my daughter died. I had to block their phone number because it was so often. I’ve used Rent-A-Center before, so if I’m interested in more furniture, obviously Rent-A-Center would be an option I’d consider, so I don’t need to receive calls/texts so often asking if I’m ready to purchase more. Again, nice people and easy to work with, but consider calling customers about sales and purchasing more- less
