Very pleased with my purchase and the customer service! I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Soke, Tim, Kevin and Daniel at the Parkland WA store. Each of them went above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service! They were very product knowledgeable. What pleased me most was there willingness to get me the best deal so that I did not have to pay the extra fees and cost. Explaining the Same As Cash versus the full financial lease was extremely helpful and made the purchase all the better! Thanks guys I highly recommend the Parklnad store and be sure to ask for Tim, Soke, Kevin or Daniel, you won’t regret it👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
If I could give a zero I would. I was renting a refrigerator and it went out 7 days later I called to let them know they told me it wouldn’t be tell the third since someone over booked them on pick ups and drop offs. which is a them problems not a mine then I had to contact them to be told they still wouldn’t be coming I have four toddlers and all my food has went bad because you guys don’t know how to schedule and make what’s priority just that I will be reaching out to your the bosses above you all. Why would I make a full payment when I couldn’t even use the product scan someone’s else after covid not the ones who out here trying to just make it.
Best experience renting furniture! The store manager was super helpful, quick, efficient, and amazing customer service! The furniture I got was in perfect brand new condition, it’s so beautiful and comfy! Delivery was also a wonderful experience! Didn’t damage my floors or walls and the gentleman was very kind! Defiantly will be renting from the again I highly recommend them!
The whole team is amazing! 5 star customer service. I went in to get a washer/dryer and Tony greeted me with the biggest smile and answered all of my questions. Him and the manager went above and beyond to get everything installed (even with a few complications!) for me. When I called back weeks later, Tony picked right up, 20 minutes after closing, and asked how my job was and how life was going. He even remembered small details about my job. Very satisfied with my purchase and with the team.
Today we went to rent a center as we arrived we noticed our tire going flatt we continued with our purchase while waiting for assistance to change the tire. The customer service was amazing Al and steve were excellent.After we left we were waiting in the car Al came and checked on us and as AAA was taking awhile the two of these wonderful men came out and changed our tire....BAM thats GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are so very greatful for this amazing above and beyond service today.
