There’s probably not enough space to describe the decades of service and purchases I’ve gotten from Buddies , it started with it being called Quality rentals early 90’s …. There’s been several furniture rent to own businesses, however Buddies is the only establishment I’ve stuck with and have always had great service .. everyone has always been kind respectful helpful and putting up with me is not always easy lol … I especially want to thank Vanessa for always knowing what my needs and likes are and making my beautiful purchases attainable… Juan and Kyle for always being patient and careful with delivery and setting everything up perfectly with great attitudes that is very appreciated… thank you for my latest purchase

Bad customer service very rude when it’s my money going into their store feel like looking somewhere else where I don’t have to deal with their customers service! Except a lady that works there she is nice and communicates well with us!

This was one of the smoothest, most stress-free processes I have ever been through! Customer service is through the roof! Rena was so patient, informative, and helpful. She answered all of my questions (and I had a lot😏) with so much patience, understanding, knowledge, and above all - care. This is where I'll be conducting all of my renting needs! They realized they were missing signatures from my updated agreement only because they are prepping for audit. After realizing this, they called my phone one time, did not leave a voicemail, and then proceeded to show up at my front door with no warning asking me to sign the papers at a highly inconvenient moment. About a 15 minute time frame between the time of call, and the time of arrival at my front door. Mind you my payments are up to date and I even called them personally to make my payment 13 days ago and they did not notice it then. I hold only the manager I believe her name to be Vanessa responsible for this huge inconvenience on my day and lack of professionalism. How she got to being in charge is beyond me. The rest of the team, including the guy who showed up at my door, good people simply doing their job. Wish you the best. I will likely be taking my business elsewhere as well as no longer recommend Buddy’s.
