This establishment offers an excellent purchasing experience, characterized by a friendly and pleasant staff. They promptly delivered my sofas the following day.
Horrible customer service! When I fell behind on payments, they became super aggressive, threatening to repossess rented items if I didn't pay immediately. No willingness to work with me or understand my situation. What's even more frustrating is that some employees seem like they genuinely want to help, but the higher-ups completely disregard customer needs. Super unhelpful and stressful.😒
This store is nothing short of amazing. I’m a single mom, and slowly over time I have been able to get us to a place of stability by purchasing furniture from here. Recently I finally purchased our last round of furniture needed for my apartment and the place finally feels like home. I can’t go and have furniture in the back of my tiny car. So their delivery team has been critical for me. They have been super understanding of delivery schedules, the guy even came back who delivered our TV last week and helped me realize what the issue was with it. Their delivery people were so kind and professional. I cannot physically thank this team and this store enough. For helping my family have a sense of normalcy in our own space. Genuinely have really good products. Definitely would recommend these guys again and again. 🖤
