Rent-A-Center

So I didn’t rent anything from there, but someone did and used my address the workers came to my place , very aggressive , both of them giving attitude to my father who also didn’t rent anything from there and started demanding for the items that got rent out from their business, without even asking our names first, then we told them that person doesn’t live here . Still demanding the item, giving attitude to the people who live in and parked in driveway very bad. My dad told them to go away and talked to their supervisor too, they both left very mad and still having a little attitude. If you plan to rent from there be careful cause they will come the address they have at their system and demand for them with anger, attitude and unprofessional and even the fact we haven’t rent anything from them at all.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Returning our couches here soon because their customer service is the worst!! They’re not understanding whatsoever they harass you for being 1-2 weeks behind on payment, even if you explain your situation. EVEN if you experience a loss in your family they follow with “so do you have a time frame for payment”. They show up to your house regardless and I’ve seen them through my ring camera looking through our windows. I won’t be recommending them to anyone or coming back to them.

The customer experience was the worst I’ve experienced ever! The representative did not care to make any efforts to answer the questions we had. It was almost like he was pushing us to go to another store for our household. They have great prices but I’d gladly spend more money elsewhere before working with them & I’d recommend the same to everyone else. They might as well have hired a homeless man off the streets than who we had the unpleasant pleasure of dealing with!

Unexpectedly amazing customer service and help. Like it's not that I thought they'd be bad or anything it was just so exceedingly kind. They stayed open passed close to still help the last few people who entered and didn't even seem remotely upset which is nice cause some places/people get rude even near close. They were very understanding and really felt like they cared.

I had a terrible experience with Aaron's the past 2 weeks so I decided to give Rent a Center a shot and I am completely happy. They were so respectful and very kind. They came in set up my washer and dryer and even stayed late to get the right plug for my dryer. I am beyond pleased with their customer service. The delivery guys today were amazing. I will completely recommend!! Thank you Rent a Center!!
