Kym is the best! She spoke with me via text which was convenient and gave me a lot of details on the items that were available to me. I was able to get a quick delivery with a TV stand that I absolutely love! She definitely went above and beyond and should get some kind of a bonus or promotion or something because she is amazing.
Super affordable and had the best help from Ms Ramona and Ms Delaney. They were extremely understandable & have nice bright energy. Love how nice they are to my mom who is a “regular” here. Definitely recommend them!!
DO NOT COME HERE. I wouldn't recommend renting from this place at all, the Woman at the front Desk around 10am This Morning was very rude. She had a Nasty attitude and needs written up. If she worked at any other place she would get talking to by management. I wouldn't recommend keeping her at the front desk or delivering let alone working there period. SAVE YOURSELFS THE HEADACHE. The guy delivering this morning was great tho :)
Not sure why it is ever okay to call someone's wife stupid on the phone, like literally. And then having the managers back when your own supervisor backs her up about her manager doing so. Will not be coming back as a customer. instead, will be filing a claim with corporate. Very rude and snotty
I love this Rent-A-Center. Their products are in fantastic condition, even the used furniture. But the bottom line is the staff makes it worth coming in!
