- Proof of income — recent pay stub, bank statement, or benefits letter

- Personal references — typically 3-4 contacts with phone numbers
How It Works
- 1 Browse in store — choose from available furniture, appliances, electronics, and more
- 2 Apply — no traditional credit check at most stores; approval is based on income and residency
- 3 Get approved — many stores offer same-day approval and immediate access to your items
- 4 Delivery or pickup — most stores include free delivery, setup, and ongoing service/maintenance
Typically included with rent-to-own agreements:
Free delivery and setup, service and maintenance for the life of the agreement, the option to return items at any time without penalty, and an early purchase option (EPO) to buy the item outright before the lease ends. Rent-to-own is not a loan or credit purchase. Specific terms vary by store.

I'm not very happy. Ordered lawn mower from Everett store,to bring to Bremerton store, it was delayed a week then brought with a dead battery, we tested battery with our meter and was dead. The sales girl at Bremerton just argued and talked down to me. I called Everett and asked befor Bremerton delivery if they charged the battery and started it. They said yes. How then is it dead that fast? unless it's old and no good. It's white cub cadet not a Troy typical black battery. They do interchange though. My husband fixed these mowers for 10 years in rental yard. When I got my refrigerator it came with freezer door that wouldn't seal and took a long time to fix. But that's resolved. Got mower charged but seat swivels because two wing nutts off seat posts missing. This is Everett stores mistakes except I thought it was supposed to be inspected, started up ect. Mower cuts off when seat swivels.
Nathan and Reese were exceptional with the delivery process of my bedroom set - all was setup professionally, furniture was in brand new condition as expected.
I was a return customer from years ago and that is why I went back from good past experience... I would not recommend this location. I purchased a tv in Dec and it broke in Jan due to earthquake movement and because I did not purchase the store club to get it repaired they left it at my house. I only owned it for a month before this incident happened and 6 months later it is still sitting at my house it's 84 inches and we had to pay for the damage it was $600 to close it out with no replacement or product waste pick up. The manager even acted like we did the damage when it was clearly an accident. I don't recommend this location...
My daughter purchased a washer/ dryer set from Bremerton Aaron’s. The dryer had issues and was picked up for repair ( before her final payment) They attempted to return the dryer a week later but had difficulty reaching her. For 3 months they attempted to return the repaired dryer. Last week they stopped by when I was home. I was told that because they couldn’t reach her she was now owner of the loaner by default. And to wait to make the final payment until after her original dryer was returned. Otherwise she’d be stuck with the loaner. It turns out she had already made that final payment. Now she is being told that the loaner she now owns was only loaned out for 4 months (longer than we had it) and the dryer she had was unrepairable. Not what I was told by the driver. He said that dryer was repaired within a week. And leased to someone else. (They had attempted to return it more than once). Because she made the final payment she is stuck with the loaner. If this company can screw you they will. Don’t miss a phone call. Dawn is the lady who lied to her and refuses to make this right. She tried to convince my daughter this is the better deal. It’s not.
I just want to say how much I appreciate this team. I have gotten Multiple items through here with ease. Yes the items are going to be more expensive because your financing, but they work with you, they try their hardest to make the process as easy and comfortable for you, and unlike Rent A Center they treat you like a real human being. I will always be a loyal customer here 5+ years and going. Outstanding service.
