As a paying customer of the shopping center where this location is, I am fed up with the employees of this store parking at the very front parking spaces so customers have to park way out in the parking lot. The Lady who drives the white GMC Yukon parks in the 15 min parking spot every single day all day long! Have your employees do better!

Customer service okay not great there equipment is trash have had to return dryer three times wash just went out and warranty is no longer good waste of money go elsewhere and they still currently have our dryer 3rd time having a trash loner

I don’t normally leave reviews but I thought I would share my experience. The customer service there is horrible. I’ve had a loaner couch set for 3 months now I can’t even get them to come pick it up. The set I wanted didn’t come in so I got stuck with something that I didn’t even want. No one returns my phone calls and the Store Manager Nate at the Auburn store is very unprofessional. Don’t do business here they will not treat you right or give you the proper communication. Don’t you want your furniture back. I rather sit on nothing than get the service I’ve been getting. It’s very unfortunate especially when your trying to do the right thing and it seems like they don’t care people work hard for there money and think that there doing good business with companies until they act like you don’t matter because they can’t figure out the situation.

Been making on time payment since March. Had an autopay set up so it was never late. Just this past 2 months I had to be a couple days late every week but I still pay it. I even made a double payment so I was ahead for a couple weeks once. But the next day after it’s not paid I just calls all day till I pay it. The voicemails that is left by the credit manager is beyond rude. This rent a center has also had my washer for over a month now. Someone called me once about it saying it would be fixed by the following week. Never got a call that following week about it. I only get a call demanding the payment. This location doesn’t know a single thing about customer service. After I pay off these appliances I will never use this company again.

this specific location you will get hassled for a not paying on the day of!! This is harassment and they have been targeting my home ever since I made a formal complaint on the store. So much to the fact the store just out right blocked my phone when I tried to reach out after the notated complaint. This store is a problem and the staff and even the store owner creates conflict where there is none.
