I came in to inquire about getting a gaming laptop and was greeted upon entering the store and was helped understanding what I was looking at and what kind of price and plans I can get. She was very nice and helpful, infact I got a laptop same day. It was a great shopping experience.

Aaron's sucks! Their employees are very rude! Bought a dryer from Aaron's a few months ago. Paid it off in full. It is still under warranty! Dryer stopped working! Manager told me they would bring me a loaner while fixing it. While I was gone the next day, workers came by looked at dryer and left it saying they could not give me a loaner. I paid alot of money for the dryer. The worst part about it was all of the smart remarks trying to blame me for the dryer not working. Won't do business ever again with Aaron s!

Without going into full detail, I want to take this opportunity to give a huge thank you and shout out to Kayla P. @ Aarons in Aberdeen. She went above and beyond for my little family this evening and with little notice. I purchased a bed thru her last summer and after such a wonderful experience then and again today, we will be back in the future. If this review makes its way to a GM or higher up, I really would like to recognize Kayla for her outstanding customer service. She made my situation quick, easy and essentially painless. It is so appreciated. If you're balling on a budget like this single mama, do yourself a solid and check this store out. Plenty of selection and price range. They do everything they can to work with your financial situation and specifications. While browsing the store tonight I noticed plenty of styles of living & and bedroom sets, different colors and sizes of love seats, couches. & sectionals. Even some chase lounges! Thanks You Kayla and Aarons! We will continue supporting this location/store.

False advertising when they say "ONLY 2-3 DAY SHIPPING".. when infact, it's 10 days. Horrible horrible first time customer experience. I'm literally 15 miles from the store. They had my dryer in stock. Why would it take 10 days for them to deliver it? Don't waste your time.

Everyone here is awesome! They got me a washer and dryer very quick and installed it without a problem. The hookups were in a weird spot but that was no issue for them. Extremely professional and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend this location.
