My first go around with them I had no issues! All items were paid off and delivered within a couple weeks after order. I came back in August 11th 2025 to place an order, in person with the general manager. She assured me some items we had to order and that I would be contacted when that came in. Flash forward to 09/30. I finally get a call back after I reached out twice and was told she would call back. She states she attempted to call me in August and received no response. My order was cancelled.Anyone that knows Aaron’s, knows they don’t stop after just 1 call. I recieved nothing! I was literally waiting to hear from them. waited for furniture for damn near 2 months for you to want to place another order with me. No thanks. Would not recommend.

I been to this location before and was not happy with the service but I went in the other day just for kicks and giggles cause I was next door and I can tell that something change. The manager was very nice and the atmosphere feel different. All though she was sick you can tell that she was trying her hardest to save me something. She told me about a sale that’s she will be having at the beginning of October and that’s when I will get a bed or maybe a computer desk. She even took done my name and said she will call me to remind me about the sale. I had a friend that had a bad experience but I never needed anything from there but the way this manger made me feel I will be back. I wish I remembered her name. But I know how she look I will be back

Super amazing place, the new staff is extremely friendly and to the point. They were fast delivery was quick and amazing no damages. Overall amazing experience!!

This girl went above and beyond to help me with all my concerns and make sure I was taken care of. From now on I will be making payments and contact directly with her. Most horrible experience I have ever had with a rental office. Starting with how uncomfortable it was that big young man asking me out. Went a second time for a copy of contract. He asked me out again asking for my number. Now I am so upset They didn’t bring my order home. I really needed the furniture. And saying that Monday won’t be possible Took money cash. Hopping I get it back. I am so. Upset.
