The store manager is really disrespectful and unprofessional I definitely wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Really poor customer service. Sold me a sofa used sofa and told me it was brand new I'm assuming they may have just cleaned it before I got it. When I told him about the damage upon arrival he said he would send someone out to fix it took him a month and a half after a bunch of lies and saying he mistakingly gave the guy the wrong number. Check your things over good before you purchase them they will not be honest. Horrible store.👎

Mr. Reed has been my go to person since dealing with Rent a center. He compassionate and always work with you always polite and very patient. Never judgemental. I'm sincerely dedicated to his service. Thank you Mr. Reed for your service

I wish I could remember the man who helped us, he was so nice and even though we came in a few minutes before closing ( sorry! ) he made sure we didn’t feel like we were intruding. He helped us find a perfect living room set. I’ll definitely be back!
