Terrible!!! I ordered online sept 5 waited 2 days cause they didn’t call like it said they would. Kyle the manager the one who also left a review which is kinda ridiculous in itself but shows the kind of business that’s being run there. Anyway he told me it would be in in 2 weeks. I called 2 weeks ago spoke with someone who said he would call me back the next day did hear anything called this morning and was asked to call back in 40 mins I said no I want the manager to call me back he said he’d make sure he did.. low and behold been longer than 40 min. 😂.. This place is a joke and they will lie to you… this thing was ordered sept 5 it’s now oct 27 so any shipping delays and all just not an excuse at this point. Just called back spoke with Jacob who was very helpful… the rest were not

the absolute worst place in south boston va to rent fron they tell you one thing then switch ur payment ....want u to pay for loaner equitment thats dosent even match what ur renting !!!!
