i love this store. i just recently moved and they are bending backwards for me, this store is great with working with you and working with a budget you can afford. i had no credit and now its great credit because of them, they were the only store that would actually approve me and give me a chance i only go to this store for the items i need and they don't try to charge me a "delivery fee" like the Roanoke store tried to do. this store is great and i absolutely love them.

Beware of this store! I was treated like a second class citizen by management and staff. This company takes advantage of people with disabilities, I witnessed this first hand. as you can see from the response below they want to hear from you. Then they tell you they can not help. good luck at the store! when you email them you get no response.

Normally I love Aaron's... I used them several times...now...I went to extend a payment BECAUSE MY WIFE GETS PAID FRIDAY!!!! I had to extend payment ONE EXTRA DAY ONE!!!!! AND the manager said quote on quote " I wasn't too keen on giving you a stove because your payment history is bad." I know I had to let some stuff go that's true. I don't deny that. I AM ON DISABILITY. I just paid 1000 dollars for a ps5 . And she had the audacity... To say the rudest comment Ive ever heard from her. I thought she was a kind woman but now...my feelings are hurt and I can't wait to pay off this stove so I never EVER have to deal with them ever again. April is her name and I originally liked Aaron's... But my feelings are hurt. And they'll never my business ever again.

I wish I could give a negative star. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I went in to make a payment for my son and after a discussion about how much he was going to pay if he kept an item and paid the whole 12 months. SHOCK. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED. Triple what the item would cost if you paid cash for it. This should be CRIMINAL. They target people with bad credit and then charge them triple the retail price. After looking in to the company more I learned buying from them does not help to build your credit score. They use people and take advantage of their need for something they can not afford to pay cash. The workers look sketchy. The female I talked to was dirty and looked as if she needed to shower and wash her greasy hair. If you don't need it right away save your money and get it when you can buy with cash. If you are desperate go down the sidewalk to Badcock. I have done business with them and they are great.

Have dealt with this store location on multiple occasions. They are very rude. This last time is the straw that broke the camels back. With only being late a couple days on a payment and having to wait till payday to pay it I called and asked them if I could schedule the payment for that friday. I was told absolutely not it must be paid in full or they would pick it up and hold it till the payment is paid up. They also told me if I payed half of the payment I could change the payment date which was not what I was calling to do. They will definitely be picking their stuff up for good I will do my business with shewels from now on. The lady that seems to like to leave extremely rude messages on your phone her name is Tracy by the way. So if you do decide to get something from them you definitely want to avoid her. She has no people person skills which is very important when you work with the public, but I highly suggest you just take your business some where else.
