Very unprofessional poor customer service purchased a washer and dryer set from them it's was used that information wasn't disclosed a couple of months after it's paid off the washer no longer works attempted to purchase another one of the same kind the told me the whirlpool washer and dryer are only sold I set so I purchased another brand, took off of work the day of delivery. They sent a text the day before say it would be delivered between 1-3 after they didn't show up I called the store they said wait another 45 minutes still no show. Called and requested a refund and was hung up on by you Josh

Caught covid and had to return my furniture due to not being paid by my job. They wanted me to call out of work so that someone could come pick up their stuff. They're petty and ignorant. Theresa has no business being manager. Threatening me with legal action as if I wasn't trying to return their stuff. Don't waste your time. Colonial heights rentacenter is so much more professional.

Applying and processing was quick and easy. However, for some reason my auto pay was stopped and I signed up again for autopay and it stopping AGAIN! With all the scams going on, I have trouble trusting all the emails and text messages and feel like once I sign up for autopay, it should not require additional signups! Very frustrating and distracting with my busy schedule

This location has given me nothing but issues. Starting first with Teresa and going on and on. I have told THREE separate employees, including Teresa that I have switched jobs and now get paid every two weeks instead of every week. I was assured by 2/3 employees (because teresa didn’t care about anything I had to say) that it was fine and as long as it was being paid, I’m okay. That they couldn’t do anything regarding the late fee unfortunately and I completely understood and stated that I had no issue paying it because I switched jobs. Now this location is telling me that due to being “too late” constantly that it did not matter if I paid the ENTIRE balance, in full, they’d refund me and come possess my merchandise anyway. I’m hoping to hear back from their district manager asap after filing my complaint. Pick literally ANY other location. The two men associated that I’ve spoken to and the previous male manager were all FANTASTIC. 10/10 on customer service and helpfulness every time I called. If they all had a location of their own, I’d suggest it to anyone that listened but now due to the replacement manager and whoever I spoke with tonight, I’d advise anyone who would listen to steer clear of it.

I don’t know what type of business they are running but I have been waiting a MONTH just for someone to come look at my recliner and to be honest I’ve been waiting longer than that to add a remote for my TV. They have poor customer service but be QUICK to knock on your door for paying a day after you have gotten paid! I’m OVER this store PERIOD. To add we pay on time and never give issues! We have communicated that the pay period falls the day after and we stated that BEFORE new management or whatever took place. So not paying could NOT be the issue.
