My experience with the Onley, VA store has always been one of pleasure, all the staff are very friendly, well-mannered and knowledgeable of their product, kudos to the Store Manager for staying on top of the staging of various products.

I have never had such a bad experience with a store in my life. I have had to wait extremely long for something that is insured to be fixed and am still waiting for my property back. I have had nothing but trouble from this store on multiple occasions. I would not recommend getting any electronics from this store
