I have gotten a washer and dryer from them and their pricing is very fair. Their customer service is also excellent. If something is wrong they are quick to correct.

I was looking at purchasing a new washer and dryer from one of the big box stores when I happened upon Appliance Center Outlet. I popped in and was immediately impressed with the inventory. The salesman explained all the set I was interested in pros and cons of each and made be a good deal on an LG Think model. To my surprise he was able to install the same day and haul away my old set. The install fee, haul away fee and the new cable hook up was substantially less than what the big box stores are charging. Ultimately I saved $500. The installers were very nice and fast. Very satisfied and would look to buy from them in the future.

Masih was my onsite technician, he came out to check on some noises coming from my refrigerator, and he was absolutely outstanding! He quickly identified the issue with the fan motor and compressor, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very thorough, truly went above and beyond. I really appreciate his guidance and diligence. Excellent service all around!

The actual gut feeling that I should have never shopped at this store is incredibly unreal. We went on a Wednesday and they were unable to deliver with our schedule with that we decided to hold off and then they proceeded to call us about ten minutes later suddenly having a cancellation. None the less we waited and went back Wednesday the following week, we were set up for delivery/payment/everything was fantastic fast forward to the night before delivery and I receive a email that they were unable to deliver and needed to reschedule we reiterated that we have busy schedules (I work at the hospital, my husband is a mechanic) so I asked Israel if due to this not being our fault could he at least call us so that we could meet the movers at our home, well Israel called maybe 5 minutes before his movers called telling us they were at our house and needed to be let in. I had to rush home leaving my job to get to the delivery men, and turns out Israel told them he had already spoke to me and that they were clear. The confusion caused such a mess and miscommunication. Overall the experience was horrible and I will definitely be changing stores never returning to the Manassas RAC. I would have actually been interested in financing more furniture from them but after this experience I refuse. Terrible experience, and if anything I would recommend the Dumfries location, Chris and Rashed were the best delivery men and really good at damage control caused from the manassas location they do work in the Dumfries store and specified they were from that location.

I purchased a Washer from Appliance Center 6 months the Washer is Working Very fine and here once again to buy dryer the Owner is very polite and helpful. The best thing about them are they provides the best deals and Warranty on used Appliances. In general this the best Appliances center In Virginia to get the appliances in affordable price

Worst customer service ever!!! Eva González the “manager “ is rude, obnoxious seriously unprofessional!!!! I got behind on one payment only once !!! because I had lost my job just and it was a tough time for me she would call me/ text me 24/7 and my referrals saying she was going to take me to court and sue me for grand theft saying my mom didn't raise me right and should be ashamed for being behind on payment. Disappointed with the management! rent a center should consider who they hire and how the employees treat their customers.
