Exceptional Service and Quality at Rent-A-Center I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Rent-A-Center, and I cannot recommend them enough! From the moment I found what I needed on their website, the staff and management were incredibly helpful and attentive. They listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect pieces for my home. What impressed me the most was their commitment to delivering exactly what they promised. The delivery was on time, and the team was professional and efficient. They set up everything in no time and ensured I was satisfied with the outcome. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Anna and Carlos went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed. Their knowledge and dedication made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. I can't thank Anna and Carlos enough for their hard work and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Rent-A-Center to anyone in need of quality furniture and a fantastic shopping experience! The quality of the furniture is outstanding, and it fits perfectly in my space. The actual gut feeling that I should have never shopped at this store is incredibly unreal. We went on a Wednesday and they were unable to deliver with our schedule with that we decided to hold off and then they proceeded to call us about ten minutes later suddenly having a cancellation. None the less we waited and went back Wednesday the following week, we were set up for delivery/payment/everything was fantastic fast forward to the night before delivery and I receive a email that they were unable to deliver and needed to reschedule we reiterated that we have busy schedules (I work at the hospital, my husband is a mechanic) so I asked Israel if due to this not being our fault could he at least call us so that we could meet the movers at our home, well Israel called maybe 5 minutes before his movers called telling us they were at our house and needed to be let in. I had to rush home leaving my job to get to the delivery men, and turns out Israel told them he had already spoke to me and that they were clear. The confusion caused such a mess and miscommunication. Overall the experience was horrible and I will definitely be changing stores never returning to the Manassas RAC. I would have actually been interested in financing more furniture from them but after this experience I refuse. Terrible experience, and if anything I would recommend the Dumfries location, Chris and Rashed were the best delivery men and really good at damage control caused from the manassas location they do work in the Dumfries store and specified they were from that location.

Worst customer service ever!!! Eva González the “manager “ is rude, obnoxious seriously unprofessional!!!! I got behind on one payment only once !!! because I had lost my job just and it was a tough time for me she would call me/ text me 24/7 and my referrals saying she was going to take me to court and sue me for grand theft saying my mom didn't raise me right and should be ashamed for being behind on payment. Disappointed with the management! rent a center should consider who they hire and how the employees treat their customers.

These people at this location have the WORST customer service I have ever seen. We had just moved to our new place and wanted to start fresh and check this business out. They messed up on our order 4 times, not even lying. They even gave us merchandise that was damaged. We were very patient with these people and they are very rude and disrespectful and then when you become frustrated with them for not communicating, lying, and being unprofessional, they will threaten to pick up the merchandise and start legal action. The manager Eva is very unprofessional. Diana doesn’t do her job well and can be rude also, you be late on one payment and they are quick to pick up the merchandise and won’t give a grace period but claim they didn’t have the manpower to switch out the damaged merchandise they gave us. We have given them many “grace periods” to get it right and they still haven’t but will play dumb like they did nothing wrong and press you for a payment on the damaged property. The young lady Reagan also came to pock up the merchandise and was disrespectful and I had to ask her to remove herself from my apartment. I will say that the delivery guys are nice, one is a bit lazy though. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere! I also have the receipts (proof) of the poor service, so don’t respond to this review as if you guys did nothing wrong. I will post them.

First time with Rent-A-Center. We had lost our central air on the 2nd floor where the bedrooms are during this dreadful heatwave. I called them and from the moment I started talking to Diana, yes her name is Diana too! I knew this was going to be an awesome experience. I explained my situation and she was able to find me 2 window units in excellent condition. I was not sure how long the lease was going to be as we needed to wait for the part to come in, so we headed out there to pick up the units because they couldn't deliver until the next week. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted with a beautiful smile and a calm aura. She thoroughly explained everything and we signed. A month later we finally got our central AC unit repaired and I called Rent-A-Center and they set up a date to pick up the units. Everything went smoothly and the crew is super professional! Thank you Diana, Eva, Regan and the delivery man. IF I ever need to use Rent-A-Center again, you are the crew to go to! Life savers!
