Try to come in my house on 1 payment missed I called and told them when I could pay it they showed up at my house three times a day up until that day threatening me with the police present time Social Services threatened my grandkids and Social Services put cash money that put it towards the books

●My experience was nothing less than amazing with the Hopewell location! ●Here's how it went: I called to the store 2 days before I needed an item due to a medical surgery and only needed to rent for a couple of weeks. I was a little pressed for time when signing my contract, however "JEREMIAH" was patient. He called to other stores to get what i needed and it would be delivered 1 day after i needed it which would work perfectly. He stood 10 toes down so I could get what i needed EXPEDIOUSLY as I was down to the wire with time for what I needed! ■Day after surgery/delivery day they (Jeremiah and Markus) showed up on time and was very respectful with my family in getting my delivery in and set up to accommodate my needs! ●I called in to the office for for a minor issue with my rental and they knew exactly what was goin on with it. "MARKUS" (Marcus but with a "K", lol) came right over and fixed my issue without question or hesitation! He showed up and was professional, knowledgeable and very informative with my needs during a time when I was under physicians care and able to share information to keep me worryfree during this time! ●Although, she wasn't aware of my situation, anytime I would call and Jeremiah or Markus wasn't in the office, "AERIEL" stepped in and was attentive and thorough in passing on messages or giving informative insight in what my needs were. She was patient and her listening ear and attentiveness was well received. I've heard so may negative things abt people's renting experiences(not this location, just in general) making me leery to rent anything. But i was in a time crunch and needed what i needed. Anything I needed i called and they ALL had answers and they were patient and understanding. If I had to rent over again, I would DEFINITELY go back to this location and have these amazing ppl serve my needs. Thanks yall 🤗

DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL BRING YOU BROKEN ELECTRONICS AND SUBSTANDARD FURNITURE AND WILL NOT REPLACE THEM. THEY WILL ALSO CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT AGREEMENT WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. GO TO AARONS THEY ARE WAY BETTER AND NICER.

This is the second time I am placing this order. I have paid ANOTHER $10 to get this item. I ordered this March 7th & it has yet to arrive at the store, nor can the associates give me any insight of when it will arrive. The associate told me to call corporate, I did and they said it can take up to 6 weeks. It’s now been 7 weeks with no update. I had out of town family here for Easter & had nowhere for them to sit.
