Alex is amazing! He actually cares about what you want and that’s what makes me the happiest! I moved here in April and he has helped me with my furniture rentals with such ease! Very satisfied with Alex, he is very professional in his work, I live in MD and I prefer to travel to this store because he has everything I am looking for, people who are looking to buy something like for the home or something like appliances or PC can visit Alex in the store here in Dumfries, they will not regret having arrived at the right place.
This place wouldnt be be 5 stars if it wasnt for Alex, I dont even know where to begin! whenever i need a product Alex is on it! Alex is reliable, committed and always going above and and beyong to provide top notch customer service. When i had doubtful thoughts about renting furnitire Alex turned it right around. THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS. Check my review from earlier Today. Woodbridge Location was giving me the run around and made excuses and lies as to why they couldn't provide me service when they promised. I called the Dumfries Location down the road AND FIGURE THIS. The Manager Alex Osorio personally assisted me AND not only did we make a deal on the SAME COUCH the Woodbridge location offered me. He made the process SMOOTH EASY AND he didn't hang up on with me with an attitude. Dumfries Rent a Center should be considered for some type of accolade and RAC should consider replacing the management of the Woodbridge "Franchise" location. 10/10 Dumfries location
