If i could give this place 0 stars I would. They overcharge you without letting you know. And then when u call them out on it you DONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. And they add things on your bill that you never had. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!! not to mention the employees are rude!!!!!! This place shouldn't even be in business. I hate dealing with the two ladies they are the rudest people you will ever deal with.

The manager Trishe Hailey needs to be fired for how she speaks to people. As well as for not being able to explain or provide information asked for. Very disrespectful overcharging. Bad managers like this run a store into the ground.

If I could give Zero stars I would The staff is unprofessional and disrespectful. The heavy girl threatened me today when I was talking to her supervisor about her behavior. And the supervisor has no control as well as refusing to refund me for my money for December and January that I prepaid. Don’t do business with the Danville location.

I love the store . , never have any issues with this furniture store. Ms Kayla is great help I deal with her and her only , she stay keeping me updated with things. She also informed me when anything new come in. It’s a pleasure when I come in there she greet me with kindness and make me feel welcome every time I step foot in buddy’s. Shout to Ms Kayla. Yall show my girl some love because she’s wonderful.
