A HUGE shout out to GM Julie and truck driver Robert for helping my husband and I out with our couch! Our apartment was a bit too small to fit the Envy II Chaise Sectional Couch into the apartment, and with a little ingenuity, got the couch into the living room through the window!!! Amazing customer service 👏🏽!!!!

Worst customer service ever, they don’t return calls, they take money that is not theirs, they make too many excuses. still waiting on a refund over a week and a half. Just like everybody else working paycheck to paycheck my bank account is now overdrawn. If you’re smart, you’ll stay away from this place. General manager, Julie is not worth a damn

I came in looking for a laptop for school. Mike and the whole staff was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. It was a quick and painless process. My experience was so great that I went back and got my daughter one for school.. I will be shopping there from now on.
