Bought my washer and dryer from here and now buying a stove. Normally don't have any problems but trying to get in touch with them via phone is a massive hassle. It always rings busy.

Aaron's husband a really good place for me to get my very first stack of washing machine dryer. I've never bought anything for myself. And they so helpful and unkeep going guys

My Mom has an account with Aarons in Christiansburg Va. She has been a customer for about 3 years. I called to make her payment last week and the woman I spoke with was very nice and friendly. When she answered my call, she stated her name as Jessica and asked if she could please hold. I told her "sure". I was expecting the customer service to be the same as i have had in the past. Surprisingly, when she returned to my call, I was very pleased with the service I received from her. Not only did she kindly take my information to pay my Mom's payment, she asked me to verify Moms address and phone number. After I responded to her, she then said " Ok thank you I wanted to make sure everything is correct on her account". Ive been calling Moms payments in almost a year and this month has been the best customer service I have gotten from anyone there! She didnt treat me as I was just another person making a payment over the phone. She asked me questions about Moms account to ensure security as well as took the time to have a pleasant conversation while I was paying. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I definitely would. I normally do not do reviews with this company because I havent had very good experiences Every month. I feel like Jessica deserves to recognized, rated, and appreciated. From now on when I have to make my mom's payment I will definitelyCall and ask to speak with her instead of being put on hold for the other woman to answer and be somewhat rude and rush off the phone. they offer an invalid guarantee they gave me a dining room set and the employees scratched the table and for 6 months I am trying to negotiate and they just have to talk to different employees and nothing solution

I am not too happy with the manager at this store. I called and explained to him why we couldn't make our payment and that wasnt good enough for him and I talk to the regional manager and he was somewhat helpful. But the point is that they are in a hurry to come get the stuff and I need to find something else and I do take care of people that are sick. All I am asking is to work with me I've been a customer for years and I've paid things off. Why would you want to treat your customers like this I just dont understand.
